Habitat will will be holding a fundraising event in conjunction with Lake Plains Players.  The show "Nunsense II" will be presented  at the Starpoint Middle School on October 15 and 16.  Half of the proceeds will be donated to Habatit  Lockport for their on-going home building.  Tickets will be available at the door of the 7:30 pm shows.  The Lake Plains troup which has been doing "Nunsense" shows since 1992 has presented in five Western New York counties and done five of the different Dan Goggin plays. 

Habitat home number 14 is unders construction at the corner of Hatter and Roland Rd in Newfane. Completeion is expected in early October.

The Habitat Lockport Board of Directors meets the third Wednesday of each month at Emmanuel Methodist Church on East Ave. in Lockport.  Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are open to the public.
